Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care required; Level 3 desirable.
• Medication administration training with competency is essential.
• Experience leading or supporting a care team is beneficial.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach is expected.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the care team in delivering safe, high quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee medication, monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to changes.
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and weekend coverage.
