Care UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead shifts, manage resident care, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care plans.

You will administer medications, conduct risk assessments, and work with fellow care staff to support residents daily while promoting activity and independence. A strong leadership approach and commitment to resident wellbeing are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable.
• Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
• A good understanding of care planning processes.
• Experience or willingness to undertake medication administration training.
• Natural ability to help make residents' lives more fulfilling.
