Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team. You will lead shifts, supervise colleagues and ensure high standards of resident care while delivering compassionate support.

You will administer and record medications, carry out risk assessments and work with families and professionals to create and implement care plans. You’ll help residents stay engaged and independent, supported by a values-driven leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising a care team during shifts.
• Strong organisational skills and IT literacy.
• Understanding of care planning and risk assessment processes.
• Experience administering medication.
