Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
• Experience in elderly care or dementia support.
• Leadership and supervisory ability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and update records.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and families.
• Promote dignity, independence, and choice for residents.
• Ensure the home is clean, safe and welcoming.
• Participate in audits, inspections, team meetings.
