Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Care Assistant to join Acer House Care Home in Somerset. You will deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to a caring, professional team.

No experience required as induction and training are provided; DBS check will be funded. The role offers supportive supervision and the chance to develop within a growing network of homes.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and team.
• Efficient worker who can take instructions from others.
• Flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Mansioni

• Assist residents in personal hygiene to promote independence.
• Identify and report risks such as weight loss, pressure injuries, falls and infections.
• Treat residents and visitors with courtesy while respecting dignity.
