Job summary
Greensleeves Care provides 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care across 26 homes in England. The Senior Care Assistant role supports the team in delivering compassionate care, ensuring residents' wellbeing and smooth daily operations within a home setting.
Applicants should have a QCF qualification in social care, experience with medication administration, and a commitment to confidentiality. Roles are UK-based and open to eligible candidates nationwide.
Qualifications
- QCF diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification
- Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Experience in providing care
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support the care team to maintain a safe, welcoming home.
- Respond to call bells and coordinate with visitors and healthcare staff.
- Liaise with GPs, District Nurses and others to meet residents' healthcare needs
