Job summary

Greensleeves Care is inviting applications for the role of Senior Care Assistant to support our 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care teams across our homes in England.

You will assist residents with personal care, coordinate with healthcare professionals and contribute to a compassionate, well-run home environment. This role requires a QCF-level 2 in social care or equivalent and a strong commitment to resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
• Experience in providing care

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents and support the running of the Home
• Assist residents with daily activities and meals
• Answer call bells, emergency bells, the door and the telephone; greet visitors
• Liaise with GPs, District Nurses, Chiropodists to meet healthcare needs
