Greensleeves Care is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to support 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care across our homes in England. You will assist residents with personal care, answer bells and greet visitors, and liaise with GPs and nurses to ensure health needs are met.

Qualifications

• QCF diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification
• Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
• Experience in providing care

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs
• Answer call bells, emergency bells, the door and the telephone; greet visitors
• Ensure healthcare needs of residents are met by liaising with GPs, District Nurses, Chiropodists, etc.
• Support the running of the Home and contribute to a positive atmosphere
