Holmes Care Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Scotland. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents and support families while coordinating with nurses and managers. A relevant Health and Social qualification and SVQ Level 3 are required.

You will lead and motivate care staff, assist with all care tasks, and help create a compassionate, respectful environment that promotes residents' wellbeing and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering care with a resident-centered approach.
• SVQ Level 3 qualification is required to be considered.
• Health and Social Care qualification is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents.
• Supervise and motivate Care Assistants and work as part of the team.
• Assist residents with physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Support families and liaise with nurses and unit managers to develop staff.
• Engage residents in daily activities and maintain good team communication.
• Report on residents' wellbeing and coordinate with GPs and support managers.
