Job summary

Quantum Care’s Anson Court in Welwyn Garden City is hiring a Senior Care Assistant to lead a designated unit with compassion and professional care. You will guide teammates, review care plans, and ensure high standards while delivering personal care to residents and coordinating activities.

The role is full-time and based on shift times 7.30am–2.30pm or 2.30pm–9.30pm, with a weekday/weekend pay differential of £15.55–£16.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential.
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care is desirable; willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
• Reviewing and updating care plans.
• Giving personal care to residents.
• Administering medication and ensuring social activities are provided during each shift.
