Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a warm Senior Care Assistant for Birchmere Mews Care Home in Solihull. You will support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring and inclusive environment.

Role requires NVQ 3 in care, 2 years’ experience in a similar setting, and strong communication skills. DBS disclosure is required; eligibility to work in the UK must be proven. Shifts are 7.45am–8pm, with every other weekend, fostering a respectful, dedicated team culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and update care plans as needed.

• Serve as a key contact for residents, relatives and health professionals.
