Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Efficient worker capable of taking direction from team members.
• Able to be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene ensuring dignity and independence.
• Identify and raise clinical risks such as weight loss or falls and report promptly.
• Be courteous to residents and visitors, protecting dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe systems of work across duties and tasks.
