Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and influencing the team positively. Whether demonstrating how to use a walking frame, assisting at mealtimes, or communicating with families, kindness is paramount. You will also provide social and recreational activities, administer medication, and keep accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
