You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, delivering person-centred care and supporting the clinical team with medication, assessments and care plans.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Clinical care knowledge for the elderly
• Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to personalised care

Responsibilities
