Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a care home in the region. You’ll supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, delivering warm, person-centred care while supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments and care plans.

This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours, with development through ongoing training; many Senior Carer Assistants progress to Care Practitioner or nursing roles.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care completed.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
• Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to individualised resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Deliver quality, person-centred care while respecting residents' dignity and preferences.
