• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Deliver person-centred care while upholding residents' dignity and wellbeing.
• Promote a warm, welcoming and vibrant home environment.
