Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Senior Care Assistant for a care home in the UK. This casual, part-time role offers flexible hours to suit you and the needs of our residents, delivering person-centred care with dignity and compassion.

You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews, ensuring a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly essential.
• Demonstrated warmth, compassion and commitment to personalised resident care.
