Zusammenfassung

SkyCare is seeking Care Assistants / Senior HCA with NVQ2/3 to provide high-quality care in our residential facility. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and the right to work in the UK. Candidates should be able to work full-time (33-44 hours/week) and commit to face-to-face interviews.

Salary starts at £12.82 per hour, with a caring, compassionate approach as a core requirement. DBS checks and references will be arranged as part of the hiring process.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years experience in a care role, with dementia/nursing home exposure desirable.
• Care Certificate or equivalent desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cheerful, compassionate, respectful and caring approach.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to patients.
• Engage patients in therapeutic activities to support recovery.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support a safe, dignified and compassionate environment.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Recognize signs of distress and respond to crises.
