Hartford Care Ltd. in Tipton is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Days) to provide high-quality personal care to residents. You will support individual needs and contribute to a compassionate, person-centred care environment.

The role requires prior senior care experience, medication training, and NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards). Weekend availability is expected; 44 hours per week with a competitive hourly rate.

• Previous experience as a senior carer in a care or nursing home.

• Able to work alternate weekends.

About Elizabeth Court:

Elizabeth Court is a specialist unit comprising of 16 fully en-suite bedrooms care home for younger and older adults Service Users with Learning/Physical Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and Degenerative Neurological Disorders, spinal injury, Stoke and rehabilitation, requiring a continuum of care, through a structured program of rehabilitation.

The role of a Senior Night Care Assistant at Select is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents needs and provide person-centred care whilst also being confident in leading a team of care staff. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience as a senior carer in a care or nursing home
• Medication trained
• NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards
• Able to work alternative weekends
