Job summary

Sterling Cross Ltd is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Ashford to support residents with daily living and provide compassionate care. You will help lead and support the care team, delivering person-centred care in a welcoming home environment.

Ongoing training and development opportunities are provided to build a long-term career, with a warm, comfortable setting focused on wellbeing and personalised care for residents.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or NVQ Level 2 willing to work towards level 3).
• Experience working within a residential care home is essential.
• Medication trained.
• Good communication skills.
• Full, unrestricted UK Right to Work (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Commutable distance from Ashford, Kent.

Role: Senior Care Assistant

Location: Ashford

Pay: £13.84 per hour

Hours: 33 – 44 per week

Shifts: 8AM – 8PM
