Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm Senior Care Assistant for Poets Mews Care Home in Clevedon, Somerset. You will work with the care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, supportive environment for residents, visitors and staff.

You will monitor wellbeing, support person-centred care planning, assist with medications, and contribute to staff development. DBS check is funded and eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Formación

• NVQ 3 in care or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in similar care environment.
• Excellent communication and compassionate approach.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and update care plans as needed.
• Involve in person-centered care planning and monthly evaluations.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervisions and support development.
• Act as a key contact for residents, relatives and health/care professionals; escalate concerns as needed.
