Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in care for care homes.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Positive, caring attitude towards residents and staff.
• Flexible and responsive to a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, open and supportive environment.
• Monitor wellbeing and update care plans as needs change.
• Support residents with medication requirements as needed.
• Undertake staff supervision and contribute to staff development.
• Act as a key point of contact with residents, relatives and health professionals.
