Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team.
• Monitor wellbeing and update care plans as needed.
• Support residents with medication requirements.
• Undertake staff supervision and support staff development.
• Act as a key contact for residents, relatives and professionals, handling requests and escalations.
