• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture

Schedule/Hours – Day shifts, 22-44hrs per week, full and part time
