Job summary

Orchard Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Archers Park Dementia Care Home in Sunderland. You will lead and support the care team, and administer medications safely while monitoring residents and maintaining records.

We value a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, prior dementia care experience, and strong leadership. The role offers flexible hours with full-time and part-time positions and opportunities for growth within our group.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
• Experience as Senior Care Assistant or similar role, minimum 6 months.
• Military/veteran friendly, Defence Employer Recognition Scheme commitments.

Location: Archers Park Dementia Care Home- Archer Road, Farringdon, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, SR3 3DJ

Salary: £14.30 per hour

Schedule/Hours: Full & Part-time available, 22-44hrs per week, Days
