Job summary

Orchard Care Homes Ltd. is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate personal care and support to residents at Archers Park Dementia Care Home in Sunderland.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to enhance residents’ daily living and wellbeing, delivering meals, activities, and companionship with dignity. The role offers full- and part-time day shifts across 22–44 hours per week, with development opportunities and a supportive environment for career growth within the Orchard Care

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene).

• Observe and report changes in residents’ wellbeing as a key worker.

What You'll Be Doing
