Job summary
Green Lodge Care Home - The Green, Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees, Teesside, TS23 1JS is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead the care team, develop person-centred plans and ensure residents receive compassionate medical, physical, and emotional support.
Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experienced in elderly or dementia care, you will supervise staff, maintain care records and liaise with healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Experience of at least 6 months as Senior Care Assistant preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and updating care records
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and families
- Supporting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
- Ensuring the home remains clean, safe, and welcoming
