Job summary

Agincare Group in Bournemouth is seeking experienced care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in our care home. You will support residents with dignity, independence, and daily living, while maintaining safety and compassion.

You will contribute to care plans, lead engaging activities, and mentor team members as needed. A rewarding role within a friendly, supportive team in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Health & Social Care or working toward Level 3.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Experience delivering person-centred care and supporting residents.
