Qualifications & Skills:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or working towards it
• NVQ Level 3 and experience in Domiciliary Care
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Driver with access to own car and appropriate insurance
• 6 months experience in a formal care setting
• NISCC registered or willing to undertake registration

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic, understanding, and caring support
• Deliver high-quality care to clients
• Participate in on-call duties and cover for the Area Manager as needed
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff
• Report staff or client concerns promptly
• Ensure availability of protective equipment
• Maintain and review client care folders regularly
• Conduct client risk assessments and report findings
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies
• Participate in emergency and ongoing training
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management
