About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Registered General Nurse at Oakridge Care Home, Ballynahinch. The home caters to up to 65 residents with units for frail elderly, EMI, and residential care. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Home Manager, overseeing care plans, medications, clinical duties, and ensuring person-centered care.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Home Manager in daily operations
2. Support and guide nursing staff and care assistants
3. Oversee care plans, medications, and clinical standards
4. Ensure compliance with NMC Code, Regulations, and standards

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified RGN/RMN
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in a similar environment
• Experience working with residents with dementia
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Flexibility for shifts
• Good health and medically fit
