Job summary

Unique Resourcing Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in London/Essex & Hertfordshire to lead a care team on a full-time basis. You will mentor junior carers, perform care assessments, and ensure high-quality service for every client.

You will manage care plans, oversee medication audits, and coordinate with healthcare professionals and families while upholding CQC standards. A driving licence and vehicle access are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years care experience in a domiciliary or residential setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of CQC regulations
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle

About The Role
