Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care for residents in a supportive environment. You will coordinate care plans, liaise with families and healthcare professionals, and administer medications as part of a committed team.

You will be well-organised, IT literate and capable of delegating tasks while upholding the values of care, compassion and teamwork in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
  • Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others
  • A good understanding of care planning processes
  • Experience in administering medication
  • Above all, have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling

About You
