Job summary

The Human Support Group Limited is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example and supporting both service users and care colleagues.

You’ll combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties, with clear pathways for development and ongoing professional training.

What you’ll do

You’ll be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care and support team development.
