About The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. You will be involved in caring for residents in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes, ensuring they receive personalized care that promotes their dignity, independence, and security.

Your responsibilities include planning and delivering care, leading a team of Care Assistants, maintaining high standards, and supporting residents' social and recreational activities. You will assist with medication administration and keep accurate records, building strong relationships within your team.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent, experience in person-centered care planning, and knowledge of dementia care. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively are essential.

This position is for Night Shift.
