Job description

Job summary

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Main duties of the job

This involves planning and implementing care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know residents and their families to deliver personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain high standards of care and influence the team positively. Tasks include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, communication with families, providing social and recreational activities, and administering medication.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities include delivering personalized care with kindness, leading a team, maintaining care standards, supporting residents and their families, providing social activities, administering medication, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should ideally have a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and be willing to pursue Level 3. Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care is desirable. Safeguarding and training

Person Specification
