Job summary

Agincare is seeking a caring and experienced professional to join Critchill Court Care Home. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity and independence while ensuring safe medication administration and accurate care plan reviews.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be working towards Level 3.
• Demonstrates compassionate, person-centred care and leadership qualities.
• Ability to support residents with dignity, independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members when needed.

Your role:
