Job summary

Agincare is hiring at Norton Lees Care Home in the UK to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will support personal care with dignity, help residents maintain independence, and participate in care plan reviews.

The role includes medication administration, leading engaging activities, and guiding colleagues to ensure a warm, safe home environment. Experience preferred; training to Level 3 is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification required, working towards Level 3 is acceptable.
• Ability to deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
