Job summary

Agincare, Critchill Court Care Home, is seeking an experienced care professional to join our team. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity and independence while ensuring safe medication administration and regular review of care plans.

You will also lead activities, engage residents in meaningful outings, and support fellow team members, stepping up as needed to maintain outstanding standards of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• Must hold Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.
• Administer medication safely and accurately.
• Contribute to and review care plans.
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed.
