Qualificações

• Essential: BSc Clinical Physiology / Healthcare Science or qualifying equivalent qualification
• Essential: Registration with HCPC or AHCS
• Essential: Relevant advanced specialist accreditation/qualification in Rhythm Management
• Desirable: EHRA CIED Certification
• Desirable: MSc in Healthcare Science or equivalent professional qualification
• Desirable: Teaching qualification
• Desirable: Leadership/management qualification
• Desirable: Additional relevant professional accreditation

Responsabilidades

• Management and Leadership of Cardiac Physiology department
• Ensure all staff induction, appraisal, supervision, development and CPD access
• Facilitate education, training, research, audit and CPD for Cardiac Physiology and MDT
• Independently practise with high level of skill in Cardiac Rhythm Management
• Supervise and device assessment for brady pacing and complex devices; reports
• Lead capacity and workload planning across FHFT sites using data
