Southend University Hospital is seeking a Band 6 Clinical Physiologist to join the Cardiorespiratory team in the south east of England. The role involves performing a broad range of cardiac investigations and contributing to a high standard of patient care in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will hold a BSc in Clinical Physiology (or equivalent) with AHCS registration in progress and a commitment to CPD. Permanent, full-time position with pro rata consideration where applicable.

Qualifications

• BSc Clinical Physiology or equivalent required.
• AHCS registration or progression to registration sought.
• Commitment to CPD and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Carry out a wide range of cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures to specialist level.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and uphold Trust values: Respectful, Excellent, Compassionate.
• Assist in training apprentice and student Physiologists.
• Maintain clinical documentation and data for statistics and audit.
