Job summary

KIMS Hospital in Maidstone is seeking a Senior Cardiac Physiologist to lead our Cardiorespiratory team. The role supports inpatient, outpatient and interventional services, performing echocardiography to BSE standards and guiding staff in best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience performing echocardiograms to BSE standards.
• Strong governance and CPD record.
• Leadership and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership in Cardiorespiratory services.
• Undertake and support cardiac investigations including echocardiography.
• Support workforce planning and service delivery; promote governance and patient safety.
• Lead training and development; drive continuous improvement.
