Job summary

Hargreaves Lansdown in Bristol is seeking a Capacity Planning & Forecasting Lead to own and improve robust capacity plans and demand forecasts across Helpdesk and Operations. You will produce short, medium and long-term forecasts, ensure model integrity, and provide insights to guide operational and financial decisions.

The role requires leading planning governance, engaging stakeholders, and aligning resources with service commitments and commercial objectives. Hybrid working applies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading capacity planning, demand forecasting or workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of workforce management and staffing methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills and statistical modelling capabilities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity and demand planning across Helpdesk & Operations.
• Own forecast accuracy management and model refinement.
• Oversee workforce planning data, assumptions and outputs.
• Drive cost optimisation through better resource utilisation and insights.
