Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in London is seeking an Analytics/Operations professional to own planning that keeps middle-mile transportation running smoothly. You will translate data into actionable capacity plans and drive KPIs for driver utilization and loaded drive time.

You'll lead weekly planning, build dashboards with BI partners, and enable self-service analytics while collaborating with site and operations teams to implement improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with data/analysis focus.
• Experience as an operations/data analyst or similar role.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor planning metrics and compare actuals to plans daily/weekly/monthly.
• Address capacity challenges and be the main planning contact for site/ops teams.
• Own end-to-end long-term improvement initiatives targeting KPI gains.
• Lead weekly capacity planning cycles and incorporate stakeholder requests.
• Develop dashboards/tools with BI partners for S&OP execution.
