Job summary

• Ensures accurate data and records for service activity.
• Liaises with families, patients and public in person/phone.

• Allocate work to admin staff on a daily basis.
• Plan and schedule activity for the CAMHS service.
• Maintain an up-to-date electronic appointments diary.
• Liaise with Senior Managers and Clinical Leads regarding referrals/appointments.
• Document and file multi-disciplinary team meetings accurately.
