360 CAMHS in the West Midlands is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our service across the region. You will oversee leadership, quality, safety and performance, ensuring safe, effective, individualised support for children and young people.

The role is a flexible hybrid position based around Wolverhampton with occasional travel; you will spend time in the community and from home, with on-call rotas and regular supervision. Apply to shape a growing CAMHS service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading teams in health, social care or children's services.
• Strong safeguarding, risk management and child-centred practice.
• Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing incidents, complaints, investigations and service improvements.
• Ability to travel across the West Midlands and work flexibly.
