About Us

Within 360 CAMHS, we provide safe, compassionate and person-centred support for children and young people with complex emotional, behavioural, mental health and developmental needs.

We prioritise safeguarding, wellbeing, quality and positive outcomes. Our values — Building Trust, Listening, Exceeding Expectations, Empowering Independence and Pioneering — guide our work with young people, families and colleagues.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our 360 CAMHS service across the West Midlands.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee the leadership, quality, safety and performance of the service, ensuring children and young people receive safe, effective and individualised support.

You will lead and develop staff, oversee safeguarding and regulatory compliance, build strong relationships with families and professionals, and drive continuous improvement.

Location and working arrangements: This is a flexible hybrid role based around Wolverhampton and the West Midlands, with Coventry and Birmingham also suitable locations. You will typically spend 2–3 days per week in the community visiting placements and children's homes, with the remaining time working from home where appropriate. Office attendance is required approximately once a fortnight for supervision, with additional visits as needed.

You will also participate in an on-call rota approximately once every 10 days.

  • Ensure young people's wishes, feelings and experiences inform decisions.

Quality and Compliance

  • Lead audits, quality assurance and service improvement plans.

  • Maintain accurate assessments, care plans and risk assessments.

  • Monitor performance and maintain regulatory, contractual and organisational compliance.

  • Promote child-centred, trauma-informed and outcome-focused practice.

Safeguarding and Risk Management

  • Oversee safeguarding concerns, incidents, complaints and investigations.

  • Ensure risks are assessed, managed, recorded and reviewed.

  • Protect young people from harm, exploitation and neglect.

  • Ensure lessons learned improve practice.

  • Coach and develop staff and future leaders.

  • Promote staff wellbeing and professional development.

  • Ensure staff can support young people with complex needs.

  • Lead multi‑agency working and attend reviews and planning meetings.

  • Coordinate care, education and therapeutic support around individual needs.

Service Development

  • Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support new placements and service development.

  • Promote innovation and best practice.

  • Maintain focus on placement stability, service quality and positive outcomes.

Essential Criteria
