Pennine Care NHS FT is seeking an CAMHS Operational Manager to run day-to-day clinical services, track outcomes, and manage workforce within budget. You will mentor staff and provide clinical supervision as part of the CAMHS management team.

The role requires a mental health professional qualification (RMN, psychology or social work) and a post-graduate diploma in management, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• Qualified mental health professional with CPD evidence.
• Post-graduate management training is required.
• Alternative senior mental health leadership background accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure day-to-day delivery of CAMHS services and targets.
• Lead workforce planning and supervise clinical teams.
• Monitor patient outcomes and budget adherence.
• Provide professional leadership and clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with ICB and Local Partners to shape services.
• Drive service improvements using data and governance.
