Job summary

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Winchester is seeking a Senior Nurse Practitioner to lead nursing care for adolescents at Serenity Path Hospital. You will mentor junior staff, supervise shifts, and act as a role model within a multi-disciplinary team.

The post involves assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating care for young people, close liaison with CAMHS and social care, and a commitment to CPD and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• RMN/RNLD/RSCN Part 1 on NMC Register.
• In-depth post-qualification experience in mental health.
• Clinical supervision training and CPD evidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing duties within the team and support shifts.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for young people.
• Mentor junior staff and provide clinical supervision to team.
• Collaborate with MDT, CAMHS and social care colleagues.
