Job summary

Serenity Path Hospital in Winchester is seeking a Senior Nurse Practitioner to lead nursing care for adolescents within CAMHS inpatient services.

You will role model high standards of patient-centred care, support and mentor junior nurses, and coordinate shifts to ensure safe, responsive services for young people aged 13 to 18.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Experience working with children and young people is preferred.
• Ability to mentor junior nursing staff and coordinate duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing duties within the team to ensure safe patient care.
• Support and mentor junior nursing staff and act as a role model on shifts.
• Deliver patient-centred care and contribute to running of shifts in CAMHS inpatient services.
