Job summary

A prominent healthcare organization in Luton is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to lead the psychological services for adolescents with complex mental health needs at Evergreen Unit. You will manage the delivery of high-quality treatments in collaboration with a dedicated team, contributing to improving mental health outcomes for young patients. Competitive salary includes £64,455 to £74,896 per annum, pro rata.

Qualifications

  • Post qualification experience in child and adolescent clinical psychology.
  • Experience managing qualified and pre-qualified clinical psychologists.
  • Ability to handle high emotional distress and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Lead psychological therapies provision within the unit.
  • Ensure development and direct provision of clinical service.
